1) Culture is learned - meaning a person isn’t born into a specific culture, they have to learn it.
2) Culture is shared - meaning it does not involve only one person but it is rather shared by a group of individuals.
3) Culture is adaptable - meaning culture has to be compliant to changes in a society or that culture will die.
4) Culture is dynamic - meaning culture does not remain the same over time.
5) Culture is symbolic - meaning people create symbols to represent their culture and they often have meanings attached to them.

Socialization has been made much simpler because of the media. Through socialization, different societies are able to share languages, traditions, customs, roles and values. Social media platforms have allowed people of different backgrounds to reach out and share what they know, giving us a glimpse of the lives of people all around the world.

Cultural diversity is about appreciating that society is made up of many different groups with different interests, skills, talents and. needs. It also means that you recognize that people in society can have differing religious beliefs

A

Cultural trade can be seen as the connection between creativity and globalization. The equal distribution of creativity can provide a way for cultures to emerge and for beliefs to spread.

A

The spread of knowledge, education, and consciousness throughout a country is facilitated by the media and can contribute to a culture evolving. Mass media provides information, news, entertainment, and education to a large audience then culture is shared when the masses interact with each other.

A

Migration can lead to cultural convergence or divergence between home and host countries. Migration contributes to the increase in cultural similarities in an area.

How does war contribute to the spread of culture?

A

War taints society and forever alters the cultural identity of those people that are in an area where a war is occurring. They are forced to migrate for the sake of their safety and a better future, carrying their culture with them. War also influences the language people use, how places are named, and encourages social changes.
