Rules applicable to operations in a foreign country.
Each certificate holder must abide by the air tests rules of that country unless any part of 121 is more restrictive without violating the rules of that country.

Single engine inoperative.
Method 1: positive slope of 1000 feet above all obstacles, within 5SM on each side of intended track, and a positive slope of 1500 feet above destination airport.
Method 2: positive slope of 2000 feet of all obstacles, 1500 feet above airport destination within 5SM of intended route.
All intended alternate airports must meet weather minimums in ops spec.

Each domestic and flash air carrier must show that 2 way radio communications are available, and ensure rapid and reliable communication over the entire route and is independent of any system operated by ATC.

Certificate holder must fatalist daily duty period (pass down). May not be scheduled longer than 10 hours in a 24 hour period. Must have 8 hours of rest between and 24 hours every 7 days or the equivalent of in a month.

Certificate holder or PIC can restrict or suspend operations if there is a hazard to safe conditions until it is corrected.

Dispatching authority flag and domestic.
For a domestic flight operations an aircraft cannot be grounded for not than one hour without an amendment.

Weather conditions
No dispatcher can release a flight unless he is thoroughly familiar with reported or forecasted conditions. Similarly no PIC can begin a supplemental flight without the same knowledge.

Must provide PIC with all available weather reports or forecasts and any updates during the flight.
