2) Adhesion- deposition of activated platelets on the injured endothelium
3) Aggregation- platelet-platelet cohesion
4) Secretion- the release of platelet granules
5) Procoagulant activity- the enhancement of thrombin generation via coagulation cascade on PLT surface
