evidence in local and devolved assemblies that there is a multiparty system and that their isnt

A

yes
in the devolved assemblies power is shared by more than two parties, so in these regions there is a multiparty democracy. Power is shared more equally and no party can be sure of dominance

UKIP won 26.6% of seats in MEP 2014 election
no
-not always reflected on national trend -voters think its a wasted vote=lack capacity to govern
green party has council seats but not many seats at Westminster
LABOUR HAD GOV IN WALES 2015 SADIQ KHAN IS LONDON MAYOR NEVER BEEN MAYOR NOT FROM MAIN 2 PARTIES CONSERVATIVES WON 13 SEATS IN SCOTLAND IN 2017
