What are the SU objectives?

A
  • Create an outline business case providing sufficient business justification to start the IP process.
  • Sound assumptions are in place (scope, timescales, acceptance criteria and constraints).
  • Project brief adequately defines and confirms project scope.
  • All roles have appropriate individuals appointed for the IP stage.
  • Project approach contains the way in which the project will be delivered, with a selected approach.
  • Initiation stage plan is created.
  • All roles and authorities are in place.
