A

The ETC is a series of proteins located on the mitochondrial membrane.

how does the ETC work?

A

The ETC uses high energy electrons from the NADH and FADH2 by the Krebs Cycle to move H+ ions across the concentration gradient. These ions pass back down the concentration gradient through ATP synthase to form ATP.
