What law protects people from harassment
Protection from Harassment act 1987 (PFHA)
Section 1 PFHA
a person must not peruse a course of conduct which does amount to Harassment of another
Which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment
Section 1 (1a) PFHA Points to prove
Two or more people
They know or ought to know amounts to harassment
They intend to persuade any person not to do something that they are entitled or required
To do something that is under no obligation to do so
