-Biased = imparcial

-bias implies an unreasoned and unfair distortion of judgment in favor of or against a person or thing.

(The notion of bias is often associated with the idea of being “one-sided.” But taking a position does not necessarily mean you are being one-sided. It can be one-sided if the other sides and their arguments are not seriously considered).
