No! You have no “chief executive” powers at all but you do have the influence to get it done within a large system in which you have no special organization!
How is a PM a coach?
PM’s motivate and inspire.
Coaches understand that teams are composed of people and the interpersonal relationships between each member determine the effectiveness of the team and it is capable of producing as a unit.
How are PMs like an engineer?
PMs know how to roll with engineers, speak the same language, grasp technical concepts (and problems and opportunities) quickly
Gain the respect and trust of the people actually moving bits around

You route things to the right place or person

What is a loop? (Interview)
Slang for the series of interviews you’ll have during the stakeholder round
A loop is typically comprised of multiple interviews with members of the product, engineering and often design.
