What is the magnification of a microscope ?

A

it is calculated by multiplying the eyepiece power by the objective power.
-if we have a ×10 eyepiece and we have selected a ×15 objective lens the magnification is ×150.
-this means the object has been magnified 150 times.

-this is because it has greater resolution.
