Can be due to iron/B12/folate deficiency
Causes pallor, syncope, weakness, shortness of breath, chest pain and heart failure

Causes petechiae, bruising, bleeding, prolonged bleeding

A

Bleeding tendencies due to deficiencies in:
Haemophilia A = factor VIII
Haemophilia B = factor IX
Von Willebrand’s disease = vWF
