Q

How long does group dynamics take ?

A
  • Time taken in each stage changes - settled teams accept new players quickly while representative teams take longer to settle
  • Wether this process occurs at all is down to the cohesion of the group e.g. the England football team doesn’t seem to bind so underperforms
