A

Tories called for a general election and won in a landslide victory in favour of Tory party and National Government.
Ramsay MacDonald stayed PM
Labour suffered the greatest defeat.

Liberal Party: Herbert Samuel, a vote for the liberal party was a vote to keep National Government in power.
Liberal National Party: National Government with protectionist policies
