HEAD CARRIAGE-good head carriage-not looking down but instead is looking straight ahead bout 30-40m in front means no stress put on shoulder muscles and no tension in the neck meaning they are relaxed and fatigue less quickly-ears Should be over middle of shoulders

POSITIONING in the field-not bad didn’t go out to hard-only led on 2nd lap which allowed him to push pace and drop the rest of the field creating gaps which would be hard to get back later in the race

He didn’t false start meaning that he is aware of the RULES AND REGULATIONS.If he had false started he would of been disqualified and not have been eligible for a time
