How can you di this?

You want to limit the dummies as much as possible

2) can limit dummies by joining arcs coming out of the same node ti other arcs that will end up being connected at the end, saving a dummy

So 2 arcs coming out connected with 2 others, connect one arc with one, don’t have to use dummy now, connect other arc with other, and make ONE dummy going out towards connected arcs
Reduced from 2 to one

What is rule about two arcs coming out of same node

Which one should you make the dummy if say two arcs coming out that need to be connected to the end one ?

Can’t join back, if it’s like this at the end, remember ti make one the dummy

What’s the effect of reducing a non critical activity time / increasing ?

Reducing has no effect as it’s not the CRITICAL ONE

However Increasing it could make it become a CRITICAL ACTIVITY, especially if you increase it over its FLOAT , now it will really affect final time so be wary
