progressive disease of the brain that leads to difficulty in initializing movement

severe psychotic illness characterized by hallucinations, delusion and bizarre behavior

loss of feeling and movement due to traumatic injury in the spinal cord
stroke
loss of brain function caused by disruption of blood supply leading to permanent sensory, motor or cognitive deficient
