tocolytics (nifedipine, atosiban) - gives 48hrs to administer steroids

consider delivery in: infection // foetal distress // >34
PROM>37 - choice of immediate delivery
PROM at term should not exceed 96hrs

placental alpha microglobulin-1 (amnisure)

IM betamethasone 12mg, 2 doses 24 hours apart
erythromycin 250mg QDS for 10 days
prophylactic IPA abx
