What are the immediate actions for E-0 in order
1) Check Reactor Trip
2) Check Turbine Trip
3) Check Power
4) Check SI
In E-0 what is the RNO if the Reactor DID NOT trip
A) Manually trip
B) If WR power IS NOT less than 5% OR SUR is NOT negative go to FR-S.1
In E-0 what is the RNO if the Turbine DID NOT trip
A) Manually trip turbine (solenoid)
If turbine won’t trip, then AMSAC
if AMSAC won’t work, then trip close SG Stop Valves AND verify dump valves closed
In E-0 what is the RNO for Checking Power to AC Emergency Buses
A) If pump bus isn’t energized go to ECA-0.0
B) If drop 69 IS NOT clear check phase voltages greater than 110V. IF NOT then open breaker
C) If all emergency AC buses not energized restore as time permits w/ SUP-012 or SUP-009
In E-0 what is the RNO for Checking SI status
A) Is SI needed? If so, manually actuate
What are the immediate actions and RNOs for ECA-0.0 in order
1) Check Reactor Trip (RNO Manual trip)
2) Check Turbine Trip (RNO Solenoid, AMSAC, Stop Valves)
What are the immediate actions and RNOs for FR-S.1 in order
1) Check Reactor Trip (RNO Manual trip, insert rods >48 steps/min)
2) Manually actuate AMSAC
3) Check Turbine Trip (RNO Solenoid, ATWS runback, stop valves)
What are the immediate actions and RNOs for Loss of one Main Feedpump in order
1) U2 Check Power less than 90% (RNO Trip Reactor)
2) Check Turbine Runback to 625 MW (U1) 752 MW (U2) (RNO Manually lower turbine load)
3) Rods in auto (RNO Rods to auto, manually insert)
4) Close tripped MFP ELO
5) Adjust running MFP & Remove integration
6) Start standby pumps
7) Start AFW pumps
8) Restore main turbine to MWout
What are the immediate actions and RNOs for Loss of all CCW in order
1) Check unit in M1 or M2 (RNO trip all RCPs)
2) Trip reactor, go to E-0, trip all RCPs (RNO RCPs fail to trip then trip locally)
