What are raster graphics
They’re images made of pixels, or tiny squares of color, which produce an image. When zoomed into, the image distorts.
What are vector graphics
They’re images made up of lines and curves which can be infinitely zoomed into without losing their quality (resolution independent)

It’s an important tool which enhances how we communicate with others

Advertising, entertainment, info, persuading, shock, sign posting

They communicate the message to potential customers
