Principle of treating other people as one’s self would prefer to be treated

- The quote mean Christians should always think of others, just not themselves
- Christians have a responsibility to put this into practice e.g. by offering support, food, shelter to someone in need

Social responsibility is the idea that we should consider the impact of our actions have on the rest of society, not just the impact on our own lives e.g. not being selfish
