What are standard tickets, and how much are they charged for?
Standard tickets booked up to 2 days in advance are £15.50 for adults, £9.95 for children and £14.50 for students
Standard tickets booked within 2 days in advance are £16.95 for adults, £10.95 for children and £15.95 for students (the days for these can be altered for a booking fee per ticket)
How much are tickets for visitors under 5 years old?
They are free
What is in the souvenir guide and how much is it?
The souvenir guide is £4.25 and contains extra details about the castle’s origins and architecture that could not all be fitted into the tour (PUSH TO SELL THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE)
What is the Hall of Names and how much is it for a certificate?
In the Hall of Names, guests can find out their family history using an online system that workers use and guests receive a certificate with it on for £25
What is the souvenir photo package?
The souvenir photo package offers four different backgrounds where guests can choose to buy photos that they have had on the tour. The best deal is a set of three photo booklets, plus a magnet and a keyring for £16. Guests also receive a link to access a digital copy of the photos that they purchase
What is important to know regarding the transfer of tickets?
Transfers for the tickets cannot be used for the products in the shop and all tickets must be pre-paid
