How are Quality Costs categorised? What are quality costs and how can they be categorised?

Pc – cost incurred from activities intended to keep failures to a minimum
Ac – cost incurred from activities maintain the products acceptable quality standards.
If – cost associated with defects found before the product reaches the customer.
Ef – cost associated with defects found after the product is received by the customer
