Thrombosis aneurysm
Hemorrhage obliterate aneurysm
inadequate angio➡️ incomplete study 📚 ( must seen PICA and ACOA) , poor patient cooperative poor-quality equipment

0.5% /y

Absence of blood 🩸 in Ct after 4 days
Thick blood in perimesencephalic cisterns

Follow up or when repeat angio
A
1- after 10-14 days to allow vasospasm
2-if 2 angio -ve ➡️ relate after 3-6 m after SAH

Patient should kept for 10-14 days

A
vasospasm, hydrocephalus, hyponatremia, rebleeding same anurysum
