Thrombosis aneurysm
Hemorrhage obliterate aneurysm

inadequate angio➡️ incomplete study 📚 ( must seen PICA and ACOA) , poor patient cooperative poor-quality equipment

A

1- after 10-14 days to allow vasospasm
2-if 2 angio -ve ➡️ relate after 3-6 m after SAH
