How can you find the sucrose concentration in the potatoes based off the data you collect?

-plot the results on a graph, with the y-axis being % change in mass and the x-axis being the concentration of the sucrose solution
-when the % change in mass intercepts the x-axis, it means the concentration of the solution is equal to the concentration inside the potato as there is no % change in mass so no water movement by osmosis
