Who came into power in Turkey during 1956? What were their policies?
A
In 1956, Nagy came into power in Turkey. He replaced the pro-soviet Ratosi. He brought free elections, socialism (but NOT communism) and he withdrew from the Warsaw pact. He called it, “socialism with a human face”

A
Invasion. Krushchev sent in an army to crush the ongoing revolution.
