Etiopato

A

M. tuberculosis es un BAAR que inhibe la fusión del fagolisosoma impidiendo la digstión de la bacteria por los macrófagos.

El sistema inmune forma un granuloma para tratar de contener la bacteria. Se activan Linfocitos T y macrófagos que ocasionan estas lesiones.
