A

At 1110 AD Bishop Fugger was traveling to Rome for Coronation of Emperor Henry V
He send sevents ahead to mark Est! on inns that serve good wine so it will be sutable for Bishop to stay
Servent was so impressed with wine in inn of village of Montefiascone that he wrote Est! Est!! Est!!!
Bishop enjoyed wine so much that he stayed in inn for rest of life
