A
Seen in 75% of patients with RA
Features:
- Sore throat
- Hoarse voice
- Stridor
- Worsening in the post-operative period
Investigations:
- Spirometry with flow-volume loop
- FNE
- HRCT larynx
Management:
- Urgent tracheostomy + PO/intra-articular steroids
