How do you correctly apply the MARCH & PAWS process in a combat situation?

A

CUF (Care Under Fire):
1. Gain Fire Superiority
2. Treat for Massive Hemorrhage
3. Remove from the X to cover or concealment

TFC (Tactical Field Care):
1. Assess Airway
2. Assess Respiration
3. Check Circulation
4. Prevent Hypothermia
5. Check for Head Injuries
6. Complete DD1380/MIST Form and leave with patient

Medevac:
1. 9 Line
2. Reassess every 5-10 min
3. Update arriving medics of situation verbally if possible
