• 3-4 oz Ginger Ale
• 1 Lemon
• Ice cubes
• Angostura bitters (optional)

• Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
• Pour the Bourbon or Rye whiskey over the ice.
3• Using a vegetable peeler or knife, peel a strip of lemon zest from the lemon. Make sure to avoid the bitter white pith.
• Place the lemon zest into the glass, allowing it to twist and curl over the rim.
• Fill the glass with ginger ale, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
• If desired, add a dash of Angostura bitters for extra flavor. This step is optional.
• Give the cocktail a gentle stir to mix the ingredients.
• Serve and enjoy your Horse Neck cocktail!

Remember to drink responsibly. Cheers!

Q

Fourth regiment

A

Certainly, here’s a recipe for a Fourth Regiment cocktail:

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rye whiskey
- 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
3. Stir the ingredients well until they are chilled and properly mixed.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Express the oils from a lemon twist over the cocktail by giving it a gentle twist over the glass. Drop the twist into the glass as a garnish.
