1/2 oz sugar syrup
6-8 mint leaves
Muddle the mint, add the absinthe and sugar syrup, pack full with crushed ice. Serve with a straw in an old fashioned glass

2 dashed Orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain, serve in a cocktail coupe

Build the drink in a mixing glass, roll with ice to mix and chill, serve in a highball glass

Muddle sugar and lime quarters until sugar is dissolved, add crushed ice and cachaça, serve in a lowball glass
