•used to indicate something worth doing

• used to suggest or instruct someone to do something
• V~도록 하겠다 can be used to express the speakers determination or resolution to do an action

•much weaker and softer than ~도록 하다
- when using V~지 그래요, when stating a reason in 1st clause ~(으)니까 is used not ~아/어서
- ~지 그랬어요 is used to express one’s disapproval or regret about smone not following a better choice
