A tourist is a person travelling to and staying in places outside their usual environment not for more than one consecutive year for leisure ,business and other purposes

A guest is a person who arrives at a collective accomodation establishment such as hotel/inns and check in
who is a visitor?
a visitor is a traveller taking a trip to a main destination outside his or her usual environment for less than a year for any main purpose (business ,leisure) or other personal reasons other than to be employed by a resident entity in the country or place visited
what is a community?
a group of people usually living in close proximity to tourism such as facilities ,aeroports and attractions,hotels that are impacted both positively and negatively by the tourism industry.
What is tourism according to the United Nation World Tourism organisation?
Tourism is a social, cultural and economic phenomenon which entails the movement of people to countries or places outside their usual environment for personal or business/ professional purposes
What is tourism according to the Caribbean Tourism Organisation?
Tourism involves the movement of people to destinations outside of where they normally live and work for more than 24 hours. It involves the activities of people during their stay at these destinations and the services and facilities needed

The body in a country that leads tourism development through investment training creating policies to encourage tourism and developing proper /necessary infrastructure to facilitate a productive and profitable tourism sector.

The movement of large number of organised tourists to destinations for recreational purposes
