Q

How can an age structure diagram be used to predict population growth?

A

If there are less people in the reproductive ages than the pre- reproductive ages, the population should grow. If there are more people in the reproductive ages than the pre-reproductive ages the population should decline. If the amount of people are about the same, then the population shouldn’t grow or shrink at all.
