Anti- TNF
T: from the first line, but not the preferred choice due to resistance

Cystitis caused by chlamidyia, what’s the treatment?
A
Doxy or Azithro
Doxy: 100mg BID for 7 days
Or 200mg delayed release OD for 7 days
Azithro: 1g PO single dose. Nor the preferred choice due to requirement of post treatment evaluation due to lower efficacy among person with rectal confection. A good choice of adherence to doxycycline is quesionable

Which patient is at increased risk of Congenital Anatomic Abnormality when diagnosed with UTI?
A
1- Prepubertal male with single UTI
2- Prepubertal female after the 2nd episode of UTI
Both should trigger a urologic workup
