  • agonist: xylazine, detmodine

  • positive inotrope and chronotrope
  • increased blood pressure via increased in renin secretion from juxtoglomerular cells, conserve Na and water
  • agonist: iso > epi and norepi

  • bronchodilation
  • relaxation of smoth msucle
  • vasodilation to abdominal viscera, kidneys, lungs and skeletal muscle
