A
- Teeth affected by advanced dental caries and its sequele
- Teeth affected by periodontal dis
- Over retained deciduous teeth
- Teeth involved in tumors/cyst
- Teeth as foci infection
- Teeth involved in skeletal jaw fractures
- Impacted, vertically fractured and supernumerary teeth
- Non- pathologic considerations

Contraindications for EXO
A
- Uncontrolled metabolic dis
- Pts. who have uncontrolled leukemias and lymphomas
- Severe uncontrolled cardiac disease
- Pregnant pts. (1st and 3rd trimester)
- Pts. w/ predisposed to severe bleeding
- Pts. Who have medications like corticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents, bisphosphonates, and cancer chemotherapeutic agents
