• No. A good action could exist outside the law ie. giving to charity.

• Not necessarily. Adultery and abortion are examples of bad actions (for many people) and aren’t illegal.

If someone comitts a crime, they are evil.

• God created all humans good so no they aren’t evil.
• But, because we have all been born with original sin, we all have the tendency to do evil.
