commensal, prey and directed
define commensal pathway
initiated by the animal, subordinates at least. Dogs, cats, chickens , muscovy ducks, pigs

initiated by humans. sheep, goats, cattle. former preys are round up
define directed pathway
initiated by humans for the explicit purpose of domestication. i.e selected breeding (artificial selection)
