Right to a speedy and public trial, impartial jury, assistance of counsel, the call and questioning of witnesses, and trials must occur where the crime happened (unless it will cause jury to be partial)
Amendment VII
Right to jury in laws suitcase, if suing for an amount greater than $20
Amendment VIII
Right against cruel and unusual punishment or excessive fines
Amendment IX
List of rights and constitution doesn’t deny those retained by people (bill of rights can be added to)
Amendment X
Any power not directly given to the federal government or withheld from the states, is thus reserved to the states

Citizens from other states nor the state itself can sue another state
