A
  • Out of proportion fear/anxiety concerning MAF
  • Often seen in children
  • Sofia doesnt like leaving her mom, she constantly worries that her mom is never gonna come back home and when she is at daycare she constantly waits at the door and doesnt engage with other children
  • She often doesnt want to leave home and during the night she seem to have disturbing dreams
  • Sophia has expressed that she does not like being alone.
  • At this point, mom has quit her job and everywhere she goes, Sophia follows

  • He suffers from panic attacks whenever he thinks about flying

A
  • P worries all the time, and has been for at least a decade by now. He wants to sell his paintings again, but he keeps worrying of a lot of what ifs which stops him from ever going forward with it
  • P has issues sitting still, he used to be quite irritable but not these days
  • He complains about pains in his body and sleep, during the days he cant continue painting as he gets tired very easily
  • The thought of his thoughts being worries and can be controlled is insane
