Kalle been sufferring from lower bank pains for a while now - at least 6 months , he is constantly worried that somethings is wrong and he actively modify his behaviours in order to not have any pain. He spends all day thinking about it and its starting to disrupt his day to day life

  • Agnes is worried about getting dementia, she is constantly thinking about it and she remembers her mom struggling with memory problems as she got older
  • She constantly read of things to do in order to prevent memory loss and gets freaked out when she forgets where she puts her key at
  • This has been going on for 6 months
