2.) to ensure that the greatest # of rooms possible are occupied each day and that the rates charged for those rooms are the highest possible.

2.) non-guaranteed
Responsibilities:
1.) keep abreast all events in the hotel.
2.) maintain contact w/ other businesses in the area.
3.) keep updated with the city.
4.) arrange and book tours and special attractions.
Concierge
Responsible for maintaining security alarms systems, implementing procedures aimed at protecting the guests’ stuff, employees, and the hotel itself.
