■ They will have a high fever as high as 104.
■ We will do blood cultures and an abdominal CT/MRI.
■ Drain and antibiotic therapy. Antibiotics alone will not
resolve the abscess.

Complications (often rupture spontaneously): Hemorrhage, Infection, Bowel obstruction, Abscess, Fistula formation, Pancreatic ascites.
