Treatment for cocaine intake…

A

Supportive:
-CNS stimulation: chloropromazine
-Convulsion: diazepam
-hypertension: a blocker (sodium nitroprusside)
-Hyperthermia: chloropromazine + salicylate
GIT decontamination:
-Gastric lavage and emesis
Enhance elimination
-Forced acid diuresis (risk of metabolic acidosis tho)
Synptimatic
- lithium for psychosis
Cool quiet environment
