What is acceleration?
A
it is the change in velocity per unit of time. It’s a vector quantity, measured in m/s²

Describe a laboratory method for determining speed of objects, with the use of light gates
A
the first light gate starts the timer and the second light gate stops the timer - because it has covered a distance then you can calculate the acceleration or the velocity of an object
