What is a constitution
A plan for government meant state constitutions incudes lists of rights that every citizen was entitled too.
What is sovereign
A sovereign is a self-governing state, it is a national plan.
What is a federal
a national government that would have a little power of its own. It would not include a president or a federal court system. It would simply serve as an administrator to help unify the states.
what is constitutionalism?
an approach to government that strictly defines and limits its powers
what are some examples that was on the constitution? That’s every citizen had.

many states decided to organize their governance with the governors and two house legislature‘s elected by the people, organizing legislatures into two parts. Instead of one insured, that lawmakers would have to share power and limited the power of governors.

they assigned foreign affairs and relations with Native Americans, and the ability to declare war and peace and the Postal Service to Congress.
