A
Kalle been sufferring from lower bank pains for a while now - at least 6 months , he is constantly worried that somethings is wrong and he actively modify his behaviours in order to not have any pain. He spends all day thinking about it and its starting to disrupt his day to day life

A
- Agnes is worried about getting dementia, she is constantly thinking about it and she remembers her mom struggling with memory problems as she got older
- She constantly read of things to do in order to prevent memory loss and gets freaked out when she forgets where she puts her key at
- This has been going on for 6 months

A
- One or more symptoms of altered function of motor or sensory, such as percieved hearing loss, hand tremors or muscle weakness
- Clinical findings provide evidence of incompatibility between symptoms and recognized neurological or medical conditions
- No signs of deliberate “faking”

A
- A medical symptom or condition is present
- Psychological or behavioural factors adversevely affect the medical condition in one or more ways
- Close temporal association between development of illness or delayed recovery and psychological factors
- Interfere with treatment
- Add more health risks for the individual
- Influense the underlying pathyphysiology, or make the symptoms worse

- Identified deception of illness or psychological symptoms
- Present themselv or others as ill, impaired or injured
- The deceptive behaviour is evident even in the absence of obvious external rewards
