* Sternocostal head: Manubrium and body of sternum; Superior 6 costal cartilages; 6th rib; Aponeurosis of external abdominal oblique muscle

Insertion:
* Lateral lip of intertubercular sulcus of humerus

Innervation
* Lateral and medial pectoral nerves
