- を→が；を→は（in negative)
- cannot be used on
- objects (eg 荷物が入れますXXX）
- verbs not related（eg 電車に間に合えますかXXX）
- verbs describing capability (eg わかるXXX、できるXXX）

- wanting someone to explain their situation
- explaining a circumstance to clarify a situation
- explaining something that the other person doesn’t know
- explaining a situation before inviting someone
(has a similar feeling to ‘actually’)
